If you are always going "all out" and are chronically drained and sore, your body doesn't learn to be resourceful and efficient, useful traits in everything in life. On the other hand, slower movement leads to more control and precision, you feel energized, and your risk of injury goes down. You need to keep the individual in mind, not everyone moves the same, has the same injuries, has the same proportions or weight.
I saw the common themes in many disciplines, therefore I structured my method to slowly and sustainably build someones athleticism and confidence in their body.
